Return Policy
JUMe put the utmost care and attention into the creation of all our products from the instant at which we receive your order through to delivery to you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from date of delivery to notify us. After the package has been returned and once the contents of the merchandise have been checked, we will immediately arrange an exchange
Returns and Exchanges for other reasons:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than defective merchandise or a mistaken item being delivered, you may return the item and get your money back within 30 days (label and packing must be intact). In this scenario, however, you will be charged for shipping costs and custom duties. In all cases, if you wish to make an exchange, JUMe will take responsibility for the cost to ship the new merchandise to you.
Special Conditions
JUMe do not exchange or reimburse for custom-made orders and clearance items. (customizations include tailored jackets, handbag modifications, changes to leather type or color). For items of this type, returns are only possible if the item is damaged or if an incorrect item was despatched.
