Shipping Info
Any orders of a value of AU$200 or less will automatically be shipped via Mail unless otherwise specified when ordering. Any orders over a value of AU$200, where the option with predetermined pricing has not been chosen (i.e custom orders), will then be shipped by a method of our discretion. For all shipments that are exported outside of Australia, any applicable brokerage, duty or taxes is the responsibility of the consignee. Couriers require a physical address where a signature can be obtained.
A AU$5.00 handling fee will apply to orders of AU$50 or less.
Customs
You should be aware that customs officials of any country have the authority to, and may open packages for inspection. JUMe cannot accept responsibility for any orders confiscated or seized by any customs department. Please be aware that JUMe will not issue refunds or credits for seized items that are not returned to us.
JUMe is required by law to include a description of the contents on all shipments leaving Australia. Our descriptions are truthful but generic.
